Xiaoshan Chen

Xiaoshan Chen, MCIArb, specializes in commercial litigation and arbitration across Hong Kong, the UK, Singapore, and Mainland China. They have substantial experience managing international disputes in sectors such as construction, joint ventures, energy, shipping, and shipbuilding. Currently, Xiaoshan serves as an arbitrator at the Shanghai International Arbitration Center and has been associated with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators since 2021. Previously, they held the position of Of Counsel at DLA Piper from 2017 to 2020. Xiaoshan earned a degree in International Economic Law from East China University of Political Science and Law and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Maritime Law from the University of Southampton.
