Currently serving as an Asset Management Analyst at DLC Management Corp. since June 2023, Gavin previously interned at Broad Street Realty, Inc., where contributions included supporting acquisitions and asset management efforts. With a strong background marked by a rapid promotion to head technician at CNY Roof Cleaners, which included leading high-revenue projects and earning an outstanding achievement award, Gavin also developed foundational skills in the greenskeeping role at Oyster Harbors Club, Inc. Additionally, academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Real Estate from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
