Jordan's leadership abilities were demonstrated as President of Theta Chi Fraternity and as an Estimator at MBI Group. Previous work at Safeway involved progressive promotions from courtesy clerk to administrative and produce roles. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Syracuse University, complemented by minors in Global Political Economy, Spanish Language and Literature, and Geography.
