Shannon Merkhofer

Shannon Merkhofer is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in optimizing productivity and enhancing operational efficiency. Currently serving as Operations Manager at DLC Technology Solutions, Inc. since November 2018, Shannon previously held the role of General Manager at Colonial Seal Company from October 2008 to March 2018, where responsibilities included supervising employee performance and overseeing daily operations. During Shannon's tenure as Operations Manager at Colonial Seal Company, the implementation of a Quality Management System led to ISO 9001:2008 certification, improved on-time delivery to 97%, and a 10% reduction in quality control issues. Additionally, Shannon managed daily operations at Outrageous International from October 2003 to October 2008, coordinating with sales and factory representatives to meet customer requirements.
