Goutam Mitra is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over 16 years in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager of Human Resources at DLF Limited since May 2022, Goutam has previously held positions such as Manager at Alpha Corp Development Private Limited and Senior Manager at M3M India Private Limited. Goutam's HR career began at Blackberrys Menswear as an HR Executive, progressing through roles at Ericsson, ANALEC Infotech Private Limited, and Emaar India. Goutam holds an MBA in Human Resources from the International School of Business & Media and a B.Sc in Computer Science from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, along with a certification in SAP HR from Webcom Technologies.
