Ben Addington serves as the Director of Marketing for DLF North America since March 2021, responsible for leading strategic and operational marketing efforts for the organization's North American operations. Prior to this role, Ben held several positions at La Crosse Seed, including Manager of Marketing & Customer Experience, where leadership of a dedicated team focused on marketing and customer support strategies was paramount. Earlier experience includes strategic account management at Metre, focused on integrated marketing for various industries, and positions in technical staffing at Aerotek, where both account management and technical recruiting were emphasized. Ben began the marketing journey at Open Systems International and gained early experience through an internship at Ingersoll Rand. Ben is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and a minor in Management from the Carlson School of Business.
