Marta Malinowska is the Head of Trait Technology at DLF, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this role, they served as an Assistant Professor at the Center for Quantitative Genetics and Genomics at Aarhus University from 2021 to 2025 and were a Postdoctoral Researcher there from 2017 to 2021. Marta completed their Ph.D. in Plant Sciences at Aberystwyth University, following a Master’s in Biotechnology from Jagiellonian University. They also gained experience as a Laboratory Technician and Research Assistant at Gwent Group Ltd. and have held various positions in research and technical roles throughout their academic career.
