Lars Bjarke Noe

Lars Bjarke Noe is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in HR business partnering across various industries, including energy, manufacturing, and retail. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at DLG Group since November 2021, Lars has previously held significant HR leadership roles at BESTSELLER and EWII, where responsibilities involved strategic HR support for multiple business areas. Prior to that, Lars worked with Alfa Laval as a Global HR Business Partner and HR Manager, overseeing HR operations for distribution centers and manufacturing. Lars has also managed HR projects and supply chain functions at SPEKVA A/S and Chr. Hendriksen & Søn A/S, demonstrating expertise in implementing best practices and driving Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Education includes a Master’s degree in Business Systems from Aalborg University and various certifications in Lean facilitation and HR practices.
