Niels Starskov

Niels Starskov is an experienced IT professional specializing in SAP solutions, currently serving as an SAP Lead Architect at DLG-koncernen since May 2025. Prior to this role, Niels worked as a Senior SAP Logistic Expert at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S, and served as the Executive Head of Nordic IT at Dr. Oetker from June 2017 to August 2023. Niels has also held various positions in project management and application consulting at DONG Energy, Danisco A/S, and Deloitte Consulting. Niels holds a B.Sc. in Produktionsingeniør from the Engineering College of Copenhagen, a Master’s degree in IT and Organization from Aarhus University, and is SAP C_TERP10_65 certified as a Solution Architect. Additional education includes a Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management from Copenhagen Business School and a BSc. in Industrial Engineering from Copenhagen University College of Engineering.
