Mel Dening is an experienced maintenance professional with over 33 years in the field. Currently serving as Maintenance Director at Brookdale Senior Living and Maintenance Superintendent at DLH Properties, Inc., Mel has also held the position of Assistant Maintenance Supervisor at Housing Visions Unlimited, Inc. Previous experience includes Superintendent of Buildings and Grounds at the Jewish Community Center of Syracuse, NY. Mel possesses journeyman and master level skills in a wide range of areas, including residential construction, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and more. Educational background includes home inspection studies at ICS Pennsylvania and business studies at Onondaga Community College, along with ongoing education at Central Tech Syracuse, NY and Onondaga BOCES.
