Frances Murphy, MD, MPH is the President and CEO of Sigma Health Consulting, LLC, a woman, veteran-owned small business founded in 2010. A board-certified neurologist, Frances has extensive experience in healthcare management, having held leadership roles, including Deputy Under Secretary for Health at the Department of Veterans Affairs from 1999 to 2006. Frances served in the U.S. Air Force as a neurologist from 1983 to 1987 and has contributed significantly to veterans' health through various consulting roles and board memberships. Currently, Frances is pursuing a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology at the Uniformed Services University.
