Suzanne Rushing

Suzanne Rushing is an experienced healthcare professional with a background in clinical research and public health. Currently serving as a Research Assistant at DLH Corporation since November 2020, Suzanne previously held the position of Administrative Assistant at Executive Office Suites at Lafayette Village from August 2016 to November 2020. Prior experience includes working as a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator at Neeman Medical International, where responsibilities encompassed patient recruitment, enrollment in clinical trials, and data collection, as well as managing regulatory documentation and correspondence with Institutional Review Boards. Earlier in Suzanne's career, a role as a Disease Intervention Specialist at the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services involved interviewing patients, counseling partners of positive cases, advising staff on treatment protocols, and conducting field phlebotomy. Suzanne holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
