Whitney Phillips, MPH, is an experienced public health professional with a diverse background in medical records coordination, public health research, and community health assessment. Currently serving as a Medical Records Coordinator at DLH Corporation since January 2022, Whitney has substantial experience in longitudinal epidemiological studies as part of a role at Aerotek/Social and Scientific Systems since 2014, emphasizing skills in conducting interviews, training, and quality control. Prior positions include Medical Records Abstractor and Data Collection Specialist, showcasing expertise in data collection and administration with various health agencies. Whitney has also contributed significantly as a Community Health Assessment Evaluator and Manager and Public Health Educator for the North Carolina Division of Public Health, demonstrating strong program development and evaluation skills, along with a history of fostering interagency collaborations.
