Phil Haglin is an experienced engineer specializing in new product development, currently serving as a New Product Development Engineer 2 at ABC Technologies since April 2021. Responsibilities include conducting FEA and CFD analyses for various product lines, designing and prototyping mechanical components for electric vehicle applications, and leading efforts in rapid prototyping through desktop injection molding. Previously, as a Custom Design Engineer at Harken Inc., Phil developed custom parts for yachts and raced sailboats, successfully managing the design and development of over 100 custom products. Phil's early career included internships at The Master Lock Company and service in the United States Marine Corps, where leadership in equipment management and training was demonstrated. Phil Haglin holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
