Salvador Alcorta

Salvador Alcorta is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical design and automation. Currently serving as an Automation Engineer at ABC Technologies since April 2024, Salvador has also held the position of Lead Mechanical Engineer at dlhBOWLES, where responsibilities included supervising extruded tube forming projects. Previous roles include Engineering Superintendent and Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Corning Optical Communications, as well as various engineering positions at Fresenius Group and Cal-Comp Electronics and Communications, Ltd. Salvador holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and has completed additional certifications in Measurement System Analysis and Statistical Process Control. With a comprehensive academic background and diverse industry experience, Salvador has developed expertise in automation engineering and mechanical design.
