From 2011 to present, they have held the role of Project & Field Engineer Manager (Latam) at DLO The FieldService Company, where they are responsible for preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring engineering projects, as well as performing overall quality control of the work. From 2009 to 2011, they were the IT Support & Comunications (ICT) Manager at Corporación Novared, where they were responsible for systems development and integration of network infrastructure, management and project development of databases SQL, and monitoring, backup and maintenance of the Crypto and Postheo System. From 2008 to 2009, they were the Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager at Genesis Telecom Inc (Grupo Telmex/América Móvil), where they were responsible for administration and analysis of improvements to the WLAN, ATM, LMDS Network, development and design of action plans to ensure business continuity, and development activities aimed at improving performance and quality of web platform system. From 2003 to 2008, they were the Purchasing & Marketing Manager at Supplies Group, where they were responsible for analysis of the supply needs of the market, quality analysis of new and regular products, and management for both Domestic and Imported Suppliers.

Oscar also obtained certifications from SeaChange International, including the VOD Adrenaline - Operations and Administrator Manager in 2014 and the VOD Axiom Content Dynamics System Manager in 2012. Oscar also obtained a CCNA (Cisco Certificate Network Assosiate) certification from Cisco in 2009.
