Carmen Santo Marhuenda

Carmen Santo Marhuenda is currently serving as Legal Counsel at dLocal since May 2024. Prior to this role, Carmen held various positions at Uría Menéndez from September 2018 to May 2024, including Senior Associate, Lawyer, and Legal Trainee. Carmen also worked as a Consultant at Gilbert + Tobin in Banking and Projects (Energy and Infrastructure) from March to September 2023. Earlier experience includes an internship at Garrigues in August 2017, participation in the ILW Case Competition at Clifford Chance in June 2015, and an internship at Uría Menéndez in June 2014. Carmen earned a Dual Master of Laws (LLM) from IE Law School between 2017 and 2018, participated in an International Exchange Program at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology in 2017, and completed a Bachelor's degree with the Anglo-American Law Program at the University of Navarra from 2013 to 2017.
