Denisse Rosa

Denisse Rosa began their work experience in 2014 as a Customer Trainer at CPA Ferrere. Denisse then worked as a Financial Analyst at Altisource from September 2015 to March 2017 before being promoted to Senior Financial Analyst from March 2017 to May 2019. In May 2019, they joined Paradigma as a Business Consultant until February 2020. Since March 2020, Denisse has been working at dLocal, starting as a Customer Success Manager and progressing to Customer Success Manager, Lead, CSM Senior Lead, and currently holds the position of Head of Customer Success - LATAM.

Denisse Rosa attended Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga' from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In 2013, they participated in an exchange semester at Regent's University London, further expanding their knowledge in the field of Business Administration and Management.
