Jeffrey K. Brown

Jeffrey K. Brown serves as the VP of Finance at dLocal, a position held since December 2024. Prior to this role, Jeffrey was the CFO at GeoPagos from 2019 to December 2024 and at SquareFoot in 2018-2019, where Jeffrey built finance infrastructure enabling real-time financial performance tracking and strategic planning efforts. Jeffrey held the position of VP, Finance and Strategy at Axial from 2015 to 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing financial management and restructuring the finance and accounting organization. In earlier roles, including a senior director position at RPX Corporation, Jeffrey executed strategic M&A transactions and managed corporate finance. Jeffrey's career began at Bank of America as Vice President, focusing on cross-border financing and multi-national client transactions. Educationally, Jeffrey holds an MBA from The Wharton School, along with a BA in International Relations and a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School, respectively.
