Kevin Toh

Kevin Toh is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in the APAC region. Currently serving as Business Development APAC at dLocal since November 2024, Kevin focuses on facilitating the expansion of crypto, gaming, and PSP merchants across emerging markets in LATAM, EMEA, and APAC. Previously, as Regional Business Development Lead at 2C2P from February 2022 to November 2024, Kevin successfully led the Commercial Team, achieving significant growth in the B2B digital goods business. As the founder of Sweego, a venture-backed F&B tech startup from 2018 to 2021, Kevin built and managed a diverse team, acquiring over 300 merchants in the first year and establishing key partnerships. Kevin's early career includes a stint as a Partnerships Intern at Alibaba Group and as the founder of Hatchme, a smart recruitment startup. Kevin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Singapore Management University and completed the Integrated Programme at Hwa Chong Institution.
