Victor Lantier

Victor Lantier serves as the Director of Site Reliability Engineering at dLocal, where responsibilities include founding the reliability department, optimizing system reliability metrics, and spearheading the migration of over 500 microservices to a new observability solution. Prior to this role, Victor was the Lead Site Reliability Engineer at Pinata, where a centralized observability platform was designed, significantly reducing MTTR and deployment errors. As the Head of Platform at idwall, Victor played a critical role in establishing the Platform Engineering department and achieving ISO27001 and SOC2 certifications. Previous experience also includes managerial positions focused on DevOps at ESIG Software e Consultoria em TI, where delivery performance improvements were realized, and early career roles in IT support and engineering. Victor holds an MBA in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism as well as a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology and Systems Engineering.
