Nick Lanni

Nick grew up in Upstate New York, where he wouldspend summers and holidays with his cousins,leading the local swim team, and finding his first love. He would go on to graduate from the College of New Jersey with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance, but the bulk of his now-close friendships stemmed from his brief time at Penn State prior to transferring. While he moved to St. Augustine in 2018 to work for DLP, his immediate family still resides in New Jersey, with a stepbrother in Arizona. Despite the distance, his family regularly celebrates holidays together.

During his tenure with DLP, Nick has been recognized on numerous occasions, including earning core value awards for Driven for Greatness and Stewardship. However, his personal favorite core value is Innovative Solution Focused.
