Benny Lin

Benny Lin is an accomplished architect currently serving as a Job Captain and Designer at DLR Group since February 2020, with a focus on Higher Education and Transportation projects, including the American River College Technical Education Building. Previous experience includes roles as an Associate and Designer, contributing to various sectors such as Mixed Use and Internal Design Technology. Benny also coaches volleyball at Sláinte Volleyball Club, working with various age groups from 2019 to 2023. Prior architectural experience encompasses positions at TEF Design, Associated Students, Inc.-Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and several internships, emphasizing a collaborative approach to projects involving community and sustainability. Benny holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, complemented by a minor in Sustainability and international experiences in Tokyo, Japan.
