Betsy Hearn

Betsy Hearn, MS, serves as the Director of Learning and Development at DLR Group, where responsibilities include fostering a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion, as well as performance management and mentoring. As the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Hearn Learning & Leadership, Betsy specializes in cultural competence and leadership development consulting.
