Helen H.

Helen H. is a Senior Design Researcher and Associate at DLR Group, an integrated design firm, since July 2021. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Professor at Saint Mary's College from August 2012 to July 2021, where Helen conducted published mixed-methods research and engaged in program evaluation. Additional roles include Research Consultant at Rush University Medical Center, focusing on patient-centered communication practices, and Staff Assistant at the University of Michigan's Rackham Graduate School. Helen holds a Ph.D. in Communication Studies from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from Northwestern University.
