Kati Peditto

Kati Peditto, PhD, is a design psychologist and keynote speaker currently serving as a Senior Design Researcher at DLR Group. They previously co-directed the Human Experience Lab at Perkins&Will and held positions as an Assistant Professor in Behavioral Sciences and Leadership at the United States Air Force Academy and a Postdoctoral Associate at Cornell University. Kati's educational background includes a PhD in Human Behavior and Design from Cornell University and dual bachelor's degrees in Systems Engineering and Psychology. They have contributed to various organizations, including HDR, Johns Hopkins Medicine, and the American Institute of Architects, focusing on advancing research in human factors and evidence-based design.
