Sharon Cartwright is a Senior Design Researcher at ANZ, bringing over ten years of experience in user experience research. Having transitioned into UX in 2008, Sharon has led numerous research studies, mentored junior designers, and significantly contributed to UX practice improvements. Previously, Sharon held roles at Purple Shirt and PwC Experience Centre, where they conducted usability testing and communicated findings to enhance user-centered design. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology from the University of Waikato and a Diploma of Arts in Public Policy from Victoria University of Wellington.
