Patrick Regan is an experienced professional in the engineering and design fields, currently serving as a Principal at DLR Group since December 2024. Previously, as Principal Technical Director, Knowledge Manager, and BIM & Digital Design Group Leader at AMA Group, Patrick supported MEPFP, Lighting, and ICT services across multiple locations including New York and Los Angeles. Patrick led the design and construction of significant engineering projects as Senior Manager of Factory Design at Tesla, where a team of over 150 engineers was managed for the Gigafactory Texas site. Additionally, Patrick held key leadership roles at Buro Happold Engineering, overseeing innovative building solutions and leading multidisciplinary teams. Previous experience includes an Associate Principal role at Arup and a Mechanical Engineer position at RW Gregory & Partners. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Building Services Engineering from Northumbria University.
