Patti Mason

Patti Mason currently serves as Climate Action Strategist and High Performance Design Leader at DLR Group, starting in April 2023. Prior to this role, Mason was Chief of Growth and Impact, Chief of People, Culture and Impact, and Vice President at Switch Automation from March 2019 to March 2023, contributing to smart building technologies for enhanced energy efficiency and occupant satisfaction. Mason held the position of Regional Director for Market Transformation and Development at the U.S. Green Building Council from June 2015 to March 2019 and was Executive Director, focusing on organizational growth and policy advocacy. Mason's earlier roles at USGBC Colorado included Director of Education and Advocacy, as well as Program Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from Colorado State University, a Professional Certificate in Sustainability Management from the University of Colorado Boulder, and a Master of Resources Law Studies from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law.
