Lotte Olsen

Lotte Olsen has extensive experience in the financial and IT sectors, currently serving as an IT Project Leader at DLR Kredit A/S since June 2003, where Lotte has been instrumental in establishing the project department and leads the DLRxperten project. Prior to this role, Lotte worked as a Pension Employee at PFA for a brief period, contributing to the launch of an insurance training program and managing policy creations. Lotte also served as a Customer Advisor at Nykredit, focusing on loan applications and customer engagement during a conversion wave. Earlier in the career at Nordea, Lotte began as an Apprentice and progressed to a Banking Advisor, working with international payments and problem-solving. Lotte’s educational background includes a degree in Business Organization and Leadership from Ishøj Handelsskole, along with comprehensive training in finance.
