Kelly Hathaway ~

Kelly Hathaway has worked in the industry since 2007, when they began as a Professional Tax - Analyst - Innovation Catalyst at Intuit. In this role, they provided insights from customer data on the company's SAAS tax preparation program, including user experiences (UX Research), product feature use, and workflow to enable strategic product adaption and development planning. Kelly Hathaway also analyzed consumer data connections to support marketing and customization design efforts, as well as gathered requirements and initiated tests of product feature design in collaboration with engineering teams. In 2018, Hathaway joined DLRdmv as a Project Manager / Product Analyst. In this role, they provided impeccable problem-solving support to team members with transitioning the way teams self-manage, embrace accountability, and ensure quality delivery of project work. Kelly Hathaway also assisted in coordinating efforts amongst several teams, such as Product Owners, to drive business value and retain project vision. Additionally, they monitored and refined work queues, offered suggestions for enhancement and process improvement, and catalyzed the growth of the organization by fielding questions, while keeping projects in motion.

Kelly Hathaway holds a Master's degree in Applied Business Analytics from American Military University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance, a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
