Rosa Sumpter

Rosa Sumpter has been in the automotive industry since 1999. Rosa began their career as a Sales Manager at Missouri Auto Auction, where they were responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and proforma invoices to customers. In 2011, they moved to CarsArrive Network as an International Transportation Account Manager, managing OPENLANE attached moves from a relationship management perspective and ensuring on-time delivery for assigned clients. In 2016, Rosa joined Autoniq LLC as a Customer Service Manager, supervising a customer service team while supporting organizational and administrative functions. Later that year, they became an Operations Team Lead at Carvana, managing day-to-day operations of the Registration and Title Team, and responsible for all hiring, training, coaching and monitoring of all aspects of business. Currently, Rosa is an Operations Manager - DLR50 at DLRdmv, a rapidly growing software company that provides SaaS solutions to automobile dealerships.

Rosa Sumpter obtained their High School Diploma from Rock Bridge High School in 2000, majoring in General Studies. Rosa then attended Columbia College, earning a Bachelor of Business Management in Human Resources Management and Services and Business Management. In 2022, they obtained the Leadership Accelerator certification from Learning @ Morning Brew. In 2013, they obtained The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People certification. In 2002, they obtained the Joe Verde Automotive Selling Certification. Lastly, they earned an Associates of Arts in Business Management from Moberly Area Community College.
