Gareth Zhou

Gareth Zhou has extensive work experience in various roles within the finance and real estate industries. Gareth is currently working as a Client Director at #dltledgers, an enterprise blockchain company focused on digitizing trade and supply chains. In this role, Gareth works closely with banks, financial institutions, central banks, and government stat boards to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Prior to their current position, Gareth was the Director and Founder of Lodestone Capital Pte Ltd, a boutique real estate advisory and origination firm. Gareth sourced and negotiated off-market investment opportunities in Australia, Japan, and Singapore, resulting in the settlement of over USD100 million in acquisitions.

Gareth also served as a Director at Salzworth Asset Management Pte Ltd, where they played a key role in seeking and advising on global real estate opportunities. As part of the founding team, they successfully obtained RFMC status with MAS and launched the firm's inaugural fund.

Gareth Zhou began their education at Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) from 1992 to 1995. Gareth then attended Anglo-Chinese Junior College from 1996 to 1997. After completing their pre-university education, Gareth enrolled in Nanyang Technological University Singapore, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from 2000 to 2005.

In terms of additional certifications, Gareth obtained the IBM Blockchain Essentials V2 from IBM in April 2021. Gareth also obtained the Foundations in Corporate Sustainability from Global Compact Network Singapore in September 2022.
