Chad Carpenter has over a decade of experience in the manufacturing and IT sectors, currently working at D&M Industries since February 2012 in various roles, including IT Specialist, Production Foreman, and Warehouse Foreman. Prior to D&M Industries, Chad Carpenter served as a Production Supervisor at Integrity Windows and Doors from June 2004 to January 2012, gaining valuable skills in production management and operations.
