Brent Baker is an experienced professional in the food and leasing industries, currently serving as a Leasing Manager at D&M Leasing since December 2022. Prior to this, Brent was the Director of Operations for Hoffbrau Steak & Grill House and BrauBQ Ghost Kitchen from May 2017 to December 2021, and held the position of General Manager at Eatzi's Market & Bakery from May 2016 to May 2017. Brent also has a robust background in operations management, having worked as the Director of Operations and District Manager for Cafe Express, overseeing 19 locations, and as General Manager at Primo's Tex-Mex. Earlier roles include District Manager for Trout & Pepper and Tia's Tex Mex, as well as Managing Partner/Owner of Cavalleros Cantina & Steaks and Managing Partner at La Hacienda Ranch. Brent earned an Associate's degree from Ashford University and attended Sam Houston State University.
