Since February 2016, Steve has served as the Managing Director at DMA Group, focusing on M&E maintenance, energy services, projects, and facilities management while leading the charge to transform the UK maintenance industry through innovative technology and dedicated team effort. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of UK & Ireland Sales & Marketing Director for ENGIE from January 2014 to January 2016, where responsibilities included developing sales strategies and securing contracts with key private sector clients. From 2002 to 2013, Steve occupied various roles at Compass Group, culminating in the position of International Business Development Director, demonstrating a strong background in business development and strategic marketing.
