In 2015, while still working at Turella Adriana, Carlotta also took on a part-time position as a Legal Internship Assistant at Canuti Solicitors. Here, they gained experience in a legal setting and supported various legal activities.
From 2015 to 2017, Carlotta worked as a Project Linguistic Collaborator, collaborating with a professional translator on proofreading and translation tasks. Carlotta was able to contribute to a 70% growth in turnover within 6 months.

Carlotta then moved on to become a Learning and Development Project Coordinator - Digital Project Manager at Performance Consultants International. Carlotta was responsible for project management and business development, including overseeing the development of an e-learning platform and the company website.
In 2019, Carlotta worked as a Learning and Development Programme Coordinator at NHS Providers, where they coordinated and planned training courses and events for the Governor Support Programme.
Also in 2019, Carlotta joined DMA (Data & Marketing Association) UK as a Learning Solutions Manager. Carlotta converted IDM courses into multimedia modules and designed new online and blended courses.
Their most recent role is Head of Learning Solutions at DMA (Data & Marketing Association) UK, starting in June 2021. In this position, they are responsible for devising a curriculum and delivery methodology that supports DMA's strategic brand position and developing corporate learning solutions for DMA members and clients.
Carlotta Tagliaferri completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from The Manchester Metropolitan University in 2020. Prior to that, they attended the European University of Rome from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor and Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Law. In 2013, Carlotta participated in the International Exchange Programme at Universidad Anáhuac Mayab, also focusing on Law. Carlotta further enhanced their skills by completing a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute in 2017. In terms of additional certifications, Carlotta obtained the Award in General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) from the Institute of Data & Marketing (IDM) in September 2022. In October 2021, they completed the CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice from the Chartered Management Institute. Other certifications include the Professional Certificate in Social Media (2019) from IDM, the Prince2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management (2018) from AXELOS Global Best Practice, the Coaching for Performance Level 1 (2018) from Performance Consultants International, and the Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera (DELE) Nivel C1 (2014) from Instituto Cervantes. Additionally, Carlotta has certifications in Emergency First Aid at Work (2019) and Fire Marshall (FM) training (2019) from St John Ambulance.
