Derek Gibb

Derek Gibb is currently the Commercial Director at hedgehog lab, a leading digital product consultancy since 2025, where they focus on driving growth and developing partnerships across the UK and Europe. Prior to this role, they served as Commercial Director at Screenmedia and Chief Commercial Officer at Net Talent. Derek has a strong background in business development, having held positions such as Senior Sales Manager at Bright Purple Resourcing and Software Development Recruitment Consultant at Computer Futures. They hold a BA Honours in Marketing and Economics from the University of Strathclyde, earned in 2007. Additionally, Derek serves as a Council Member for the DMA UK, working to leverage data and AI for the community.
