James Dredge, Dip DigM, has a comprehensive education history. James started their education at Edenham High, where they completed their GCSEs from 2009 to 2014. James then attended Langley Park School For Girls from 2014 to 2016, where they pursued their A-Levels.

In 2016, James enrolled in an apprenticeship program at Apprenticeship Connect for a Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship, which lasted until 2017. Following this, they joined the Institute of Data & Marketing (IDM) in 2020 and completed the IDM Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing (Dip DigM) in 2021.

In terms of other certifications, James obtained the Food Hygiene Level 2 certification from Flow Hospitality Training Ltd in September 2015 and the Certified Fire Marshall (FM) certification from St John Ambulance in November 2019.
