Alex Chye

Alex Chye is an Implementation Engineer at DMALL, specializing in Retail WMS SaaS Project and Implementation Management since April 2023. Prior to this role, Alex served as a Product Manager at Flexport from May 2018 to January 2023, focusing on Global Ocean Freight Tracking Technology and User Experience, as well as leading Shanghai Ocean Freight Export Operations as a Supply Chain Operations Manager. Alex began a career in international shipping as a Management Trainee at S.F. EXPRESS CO. LTD from December 2016 to April 2018. Academically, Alex holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Renmin University of China (2014 - 2016) and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Reading (2011 - 2014), in addition to completing high school at SMJK Katholik (2006 - 2010).
