Mike Brais

Mike Brais is a seasoned professional in the cannabis industry, currently serving as the Director of Retail Sales at DMC Cannabis since September 2024. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Senior Wholesale Markets Manager at Ethos Cannabis, where responsibilities included managing and supporting wholesale operations across multiple states, as well as overseeing the Massachusetts Wholesale Market. Mike's experience also includes serving as President and COO of Deep Roots Inc. from December 2017 to March 2024, and founding the Massachusetts Social Consumption Advancement Coalition in November 2021. Additionally, Mike worked as a Retail Manager at RedCardinal, focusing on daily operations and compliance. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Grand Canyon University.
