Joel Paska Jd

Joel Paska, JD, has extensive work experience in the transportation industry, specializing in risk management, safety, compliance, and legal issues. Joel has held various leadership positions, including Director of Risk Engineering at DMC Insurance, Inc. and Director of Safety at Liquid Transport Corp and Jett Express, Inc. Joel also served as the Vice President of Risk Management and Legal at Tradewinds, where they managed insurance, legal, safety, and recruiting programs. Additionally, they were the Vice President of Operations at Now Courier, Inc., overseeing operations and providing legal advice. Prior to that, Joel worked as the Director of Safety/General Counsel at Venture Logistics, handling legal matters and managing the safety department.

Joel Paska, JD, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Planning from Purdue University, where they studied from 1987 to 1992. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law from 2000 to 2004. During this time, they focused on Corporate, Transactional, and Transportation (Trucking/Logistics) law and successfully earned their Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
