Ashley Cox

Ashley Cox, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Legacy Health Services since December 2021. Prior to this role, Ashley held positions at Saber Healthcare Group, including Human Resources Manager and Program Director, from January 2018 to December 2021. Earlier experience includes a role as a Sales Associate at Liberty Mutual Insurance and positions at Euclid Retirement Village as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator and Activities Director. Ashley began professional journey with an internship at The Laurels of Athens, where responsibilities included supporting clinical staff transition to patient-centered care and assisting in various administrative tasks. Ashley holds a Master of Business Administration from Ohio Christian University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from Ohio University.
