Pradeep Sangwan

Pradeep Sangwan has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Pradeep started their career at Tech Pacific India Ltd as a Sales Manager, where they managed branch functions and developed dealer channel networks. Pradeep then joined Emerson Network Power India Pvt Ltd as a Manager of Channel Sales, responsible for achieving sales targets and developing business through IT resellers and distributors.

In 2008, Pradeep became the Country Manager at Socomec, where they reviewed and defined distribution networks and implemented channel strategies. Pradeep also analyzed key strategic and operational KPIs to improve results. Pradeep later joined Tata BP Solar India Limited as the Head of Corporate Sales, managing the sales of off-grid solar power plants in the corporate and PSU segment. Pradeep built relationships with corporate and PSU senior management and presented the concept of alternate green energy.

From 2013 to 2018, Pradeep served as the Country Head at Renesola India Pvt Ltd, focusing on achieving revenue and profit targets for the sales of solar PV modules and LED lighting products. Pradeep was responsible for the company's P&L, financial management, sales and marketing, and setting up new practices and alliances.

Pradeep then joined ReneSola Power Pvt Ltd as the Vice President and Country Head. In this role, they were accountable for the overall management of solar power projects development business and the company's India operations. Pradeep ensured adherence to Indian statutory regulations and guidelines and implemented business planning and policies to achieve revenue targets.

In 2019, Pradeep joined Econess Energy Co., Ltd. as the Country Head, where they managed the country business for sales of solar PV modules and cells. Pradeep developed system integrators and implemented channel strategies to increase reach across the country.

Currently, Pradeep Sangwan is the Country Head at DMEGC Solar - Hengdian Group, where they lead the company's operations in the country.

Pradeep Sangwan completed their primary and secondary education at National Public School in Delhi from 1974 to 1984. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Electronics at Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1987 to 1991.
