Christian Rodill

Christian Rodill, MBA has a strong background in sales and management within the lighting industry. Christian is currently serving as the Director of Sales - South at DMF Lighting since January 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at Modular Lighting Instruments as the Western National Sales Manager from May 2018 to October 2020. In this position, they played a key role in relaunching the company's architectural lighting solutions in North America and worked closely with the market leader and product engineering teams. Before that, they were the Central Sales Manager at Ketra from June 2016 to April 2018, where they successfully expanded the company's residential and commercial business in the Rocky Mountain, Midwest, and Southwest regions. Christian also served as an Area Sales Manager for the Gulf/South Central Regions at Eaton - Lighting from November 2009 to May 2016, where they were responsible for achieving sales growth and profitability goals. Christian began their career at Lutron Electronics as a Specification Sales professional from August 2006 to October 2009, where they developed expertise in lighting control and window systems and generated specifications and technical drawings for project influencers.

Christian Rodill, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Baylor Executive MBA Program- Austin from 2016 to 2018. Christian also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, which they earned from Texas State University from 1995 to 2001.
