Current Publisher of Valiant Entertainment (VP of Manufacturing and Operations of the original Valiant in the early 90s). Teamed up with the founders in 2009 as a consultant and was subsequently hired when the company was capitalized. Instrumental in determining and executing the vision of the company, facilitating with fundraising, establishing a marketing plan, initiating and executing publishing schedule, intimately involved with editorial and designers.

Former President & COO at Wizard Entertainment. Wizard published numerous magazines and books, ran large conventions in several major markets, was an early adopter of e-commerce, and developed its intellectual properties. Wizard was a powerhouse of the pop culture world and through it and spun off multiple successful magazine products: InQuest, ToyFare, Anime Insider, and numerous high-margin books and specials.

Former Assistant Vice President at Bankers Trust Company. Overall responsible for the Corporate Finance’s multilocational word processing centers, Compliance Officer and Editor of the Technology Journal. Duties included: managing, motivating, interviewing, appraising, hiring, and counseling. Also responsible for adopting new software and developing the financial plan a department that included 50 individuals with worldwide responsibility available 24 hours a day.

Former Dean of Students at American International School. Responsible for the day-to-day running of the school including setting and institution of school policy, counseling of teachers, and discipline of students. Additionally, taught science and substituted for math.
