Bryan is a Partner in the Guildford Private Client department. His practice focuses on estate administration, wills, trust administration, residential conveyancing sales, powers of attorney and Court of Protection work.

With some 35 years’ experience, Bryan ensures that his clients are given the benefit of his knowledge as well as the best advice. Bryan has many clients that return time and again.

Bryan’s particular expertise is in the administration of both simple and complex estates, high value and intestate estates, and, where possible, ensuring inheritance tax savings.

He advises on and drafts wills (mirror wills, life interest wills and discretionary trust wills), inheritance tax planning, powers of attorney (general, lasting and trustee), deputyship applications and other Court of Protection applications.

He deals with sales on behalf of returning clients and executors. He also undertakes more specialist conveyancing work such as deeds of gift of shares in a property and equity releases.

Bryan qualified as a solicitor in 1985.
