Cathy is a Partner working in DMH Stallard’s Guildford real estate team advising on commercial property legal matters. She supports clients across a full range of planning and property development matters and in particular current and strategic land contracts and promotion agreements. Cathy also has a broad experience working for property developers, land owners, pension funds and banks.
