Mark is a Partner in the Corporate team based in our Gatwick office.

His practice focusses on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. He also has expertise in joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, shareholder arrangements and corporate governance.

With sector expertise in healthcare, technology, manufacturing, media and logistics, he advises all types of stakeholders, including companies, board members, shareholders, management teams and investors.
