Michael Wrigley

Michael is a Partner in the banking and finance group and is based in London. He is a well-known and trusted adviser to numerous UK lenders as well as advising businesses and entrepreneurs.

Michael's practice includes origination areas such as project finance (especially green energy), acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance and general corporate banking as well as 'bad book' restructurings and work outs. In his early career Michael worked in-house at NatWest/Royal Bank of Scotland and while in a private practice was seconded to Banco Santander SA as London general counsel, in each case gaining exceptional bank knowledge, legally and practically.
